The Question We Kept Asking

The world said scale, exit, repeat.

But somewhere along the way we started to wonder...isn't there more?

The grind promised fulfillment. More revenue. More headcount. A bigger exit. And yet most business owners who've chased that horizon arrive and find the question still waiting: is this all there is?

Speiro was born from that question. We believe God hasn't left business owners without an answer...and that the answer is far more compelling than another dividend check.

So ask it plainly. Not how do I grow this, but what am I actually in business for?  Sit with it. Most owners never do.

You didn't build this just to be busy. You didn't sacrifice this much for a number on a P&L.  Somewhere underneath the targets and the to-do lists, there's a reason you started, and a quieter sense that the reason was supposed to be bigger than you.

What if it still is?

So What Is It All For?

Strip away the revenue. The headcount. The exit you've been quietly working toward. Stand in the middle of everything you've built and ask the question that won't leave you alone: what is this actually for?

Because the honest answers don't satisfy. For more financial padding? For my family?...after they're provided for, then what?  Remember the famous words of Solomon..."I have seen everything that is done under the sun, and behold, all is vanity and a striving after wind".

There's a reason the question keeps surfacing at 2 a.m. A reason success never quite silences it. You sense that this thing — the business that's consumed your best years, your sharpest thinking, your hardest prayers — was given to you for a higher purpose. That it was entrusted to you for something larger than your own comfort.

You're right. It was. And the answer is more compelling than anything the hustle ever promised you.
