Product – Provide a detailed description of your product offering. This should include specifics on what will make your product different and how you will differentiate your product in the marketplace.
ICP: (Ideal Customer Profile) – Provide details about your ideal target customer. What makes them a good fit for your services. Be specific if there is a particular vertical that these customers exists in and the attributes that make them an ideal customer.
Cash Flow Forecast – Use the provided cash flow forecast sheet to demonstrate the financial viability of the business. This exercise will force you to think through revenue and the costs associated with producing that revenue as well as monthly expenses to run the company. Be as detailed and accurate as you can. To much guessing at this stage can lead to problems down the road. See Cash Flow Forecast sheet in the “Resources” tab of the Speiro website.
Offer – What is your offer? In other words, how will you package your offering to be attractive to prospective customers? What will make someone want to say “yes” to your services? How will you talk about it in the marketplace in a way that ultimately turns leads into customers?
Lead Generation – What will you do to acquire customers? Talk through your sales and marketing plans to acquire new business. This can be anything from word of mouth to sophisticated digital marketing strategies. This strategy should support your estimated revenues you’ve stated in your cashflow forecast.
Fulfillment – How will you fulfill the product or services you’ve sold. If you sell a tangible product, what does the procurement process look like. If a service, what people, tools and assets will it take to fulfill those services you’ve promised.
TAM (Total Addressable Market) – This is a big one. The TAM is critical evaluation point to determine if there is a large enough market to support your sales goals which ultimately support your company and future success. Using demographic data, census data or tools like Zoom Info you can determine if there is a large enough market to support your desired outcome of the business.
Describe how you plan to use your business for the Kingdom. In what ways do you see you will be able to use the resources in the business to advance the gospel.
